Teresa Greco | Alignment, Wholeness & Rooted Healing
For Women Who Feel Disconnected and Are Ready to Come Back to Themselves
Coach | Author | Speaker
Helping women integrate health, calling, leadership, and life through grounded, whole-person coaching, sustainable rhythms, and root-level healing.
Integration, Not Striving
Health, calling, leadership, and life are not separate lanes — they inform one another.
When something feels off, it’s rarely random. The body, nervous system, and soul are often responding wisely to lived experience, seasons of strain, or misalignment that hasn’t yet been named.
Healing begins not by becoming someone else, but by learning how to live in alignment with who you already are.
What This Work Leads To
Over time, the women I work with begin to experience:
- Clearer decision-making with less internal conflict
- Stronger boundaries without guilt or overexplanation
- Reduced over-responsibility and more sustainable rhythms
- Greater emotional steadiness and less reactivity
- More consistent energy and less chronic depletion
At the core, they are no longer living in contradiction — they are living in alignment with themselves.
- WELCOME -
I'm Teresa.
I am a functional and integrative practitioner who works at the intersection of spirit, mind, and body, helping women understand what their bodies are communicating and how to respond with clarity and care.
My work draws from evidence-informed functional medicine, integrative healing modalities, and a deep respect for the body’s design. Rather than chasing symptoms, I focus on identifying underlying patterns and restoring balance in a way that is thoughtful, individualized, and sustainable.
Whether your entry point is health, healing, leadership, or life realignment, you are welcome here. My role is to walk alongside you with discernment, skill, and compassion as you move toward greater wholeness.
I’m glad you’re here.
You don’t need fixing.
Your symptoms, patterns, or restlessness are not signs of failure — they are meaningful signals asking for attention and understanding.
Whether you are navigating health concerns, leadership fatigue, or a season of transition, the invitation is the same: to listen more deeply, restore balance, and come home to a rhythm that is sustainable and true for you.
If this resonates, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Voices from the Journey
Why Rooted Healing Matters
I’m drawn to what lives beneath the surface.
When something feels off — in the body, the nervous system, or life itself — it’s rarely random. Symptoms, patterns, and persistent challenges are often signals pointing toward something deeper that wants attention.
Rather than asking, “How do we make this go away?”
I ask, “What is trying to be understood?”
For some, this shows up as physical symptoms. For others, it appears as fatigue, restlessness, emotional strain, or a sense of being out of alignment. The expression is different for each person, but the invitation is the same: to listen more closely.
I believe healing begins when we stop overriding the body and start working with its intelligence — restoring connection, balance, and trust — gently, over time.
The tension many women live with…
Many women sense that something isn’t quite right — not enough to label as a diagnosis, but persistent enough to feel draining, confusing, or disorienting.
They’ve tried to push through, self-correct, or “figure it out,” yet the underlying patterns remain.
Health concerns, leadership fatigue, recurring relational dynamics, or a quiet loss of clarity often aren’t isolated problems — they’re signals asking to be listened to, not managed away.
Here’s a familiar pattern:
A woman notices her energy waning, her body responding differently, or her sense of direction becoming blurred.
She seeks solutions — advice, strategies, protocols — and may even experience short-term relief. But without space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, the deeper questions remain unanswered.
What is this season asking of me?
What needs attention, realignment, or integration?
What am I meant to carry forward — and what needs to be released?
But what if the invitation isn’t to fix — but to listen?
When patterns are met with curiosity rather than urgency, clarity begins to emerge.
When someone walks alongside you — helping you discern, reflect, and integrate — change becomes sustainable, not forced.
This is where coaching lives.
Renaissance Woman Coaching is a space for women who sense there is more unfolding beneath their symptoms, seasons, and callings — and want wise, grounded companionship as they listen and respond.
Renaissance Woman Coaching
A space for women navigating depth, complexity, and calling.
Renaissance Woman Coaching is for women who sense that their lives are asking for integration — not reinvention.
These are often women who are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed — yet find themselves carrying competing roles, responsibilities, and longings that no longer fit neatly together.
Rather than focusing on fixing problems or optimizing performance, this space centers on discernment: listening to what is emerging, what is asking to be honored, and what may be ready to be released.
Coaching conversations are spacious, grounded, and reflective. We explore patterns across health, leadership, creativity, relationships, faith, and lived experience — not as separate domains, but as parts of a whole life seeking coherence.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about learning how to live from a place of alignment, clarity, and sustainable rhythm — as the woman you already are.
Paths Forward
There is no single right place to begin—only the place that feels most aligned for this season of your life.
Some women arrive seeking clarity, integration, and discernment. They sense that something within them is asking to be listened to more closely—across life, leadership, faith, creativity, or direction.
Others arrive with physical symptoms or ongoing health concerns and feel drawn toward a deeper, root-informed approach to healing—one that honors the body’s intelligence and addresses what lies beneath the surface.
Both paths are welcomed here.
They are distinct, yet deeply connected—each honoring the wisdom of the whole person and the season she is in.
Renaissance Woman Coaching
A space for listening, integration, and lived alignment.
Renaissance Woman Coaching is a spacious, reflective partnership for women who sense that something deeper is unfolding in their lives. Often, these women are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed—yet find themselves navigating complexity, transition, or a quiet dissonance between who they are and how they are living.
This is a place for listening rather than fixing, for integration rather than reinvention. Our conversations center on discernment: noticing what is emerging, what is asking to be honored, and what may be ready to shift or be released. We explore patterns across health, leadership, faith, creativity, relationships, and life direction—not as separate compartments, but as expressions of a whole life seeking coherence.
The pace is unhurried and intentional. Together, we cultivate clarity, alignment, and a sustainable rhythm that supports you in living from a place of wholeness—as the woman you already are.
